Roman is great with customer service skills! Very welcoming and helpful when it comes to picking your order! For the food: I wish the store offered real butter instead of a fake spread that leaves the bagels swimming in the oily madness. The drinks can be hit or miss, depending on who is working, but usually not too bad. For the atmosphere: All of the employees are friendly, tho only a few go above and beyond! The staff isn't always in uniform so it can look slightly sloppy, but the place itself is fairly clean! This place is worth coming back, especially if you make friends with the baristas behind the counter!💜

I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what but my experience here was terrible. There were 3 people in line including me when I pulled up. It took forever for me to finally get to the window. I had ordered a brown sugar cold brew with sweet cold foam with extra brown sugar pumps. It was disgusting. I’ve had cold brew before were it tastes like coffee and just bitter. This was sour, and had no flavor at all. It tasted old and expired. Will never be coming here again.

Normally I have no issues. Yesterday I didn't get my egg on a bacon, egg & cheese bagel. Today my bagel wasn't toasted, the egg was flat & it was cold. Butter didn't melt properly. My hubby biscuit was cold as well. If I'm paying almost $30 for 4 items, I need them to be done correct. Where is the happy guy with the long hair that works there? Need him back because we couldn't eat any of it.

Not impressed with this Biggby I was not even greeted when i walked through the door. Just a stare with no smile or anything. I had to say hello and how are you. And when my coffee was ready it wasn’t called out and i had to ask if it was mine. When i got it was warm not even slightly hot. It was still good but i like my late close to hot so i can enjoy it over time not in 10 minutes. The tables weren’t even cleaned and sanitized. My husband is going through chemo and he cannot get sick but i need to get out some times and be able to enjoy some time for self mental health. I know getting sick is always a possibility but i feel companies should always stay clean when they are a food service type business. Luckily i bring my own cleaning wipes just in case. I am not impressed with this one and that’s sad bc i usually live Biggby.

The coffe is great!!! but i usually order the frozen drinks and they never blend it good enough. There is almost ALWAYS so much ice in the drink and it makes it hard to drink, plus it’s just annoying.
